• How long does interior painting usually take? Depending on the weather, most rooms can be completed in one or two days, depending on the size and preparation needs, including crack repairs.
• Is it safe to stay in my home during painting?  Yes, we use low-odour, non-toxic paints.  If owners choose to use an oil base paint on the woodwork, we would advise staying in a different section of the house or stay elsewhere for a few days.

Different styles and ages of homes require different consideration.

• Victorian Terrace: These types of homes traditionally have solid bricks walls with render or plaster over the top.  Cracks underneath these walls require expert repair for longevity, safety and a smooth finish.
• Californian Bungalow: These types of homes have timber framing with plaster on the top. Cracks in walls can require simple filling or sometimes require some plaster replacement and require expert plastering skills to ensure a smooth finish.
• Modern Home: New homes can also have movement cracks but are less likely than older homes.  New plaster requires the right preparation to achieve the best finish.
